By accessing or using the service provided by THE HUSSLA SQUAD & PAAAM, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
These terms of use are in addition to any other terms and conditions that apply to the sale of goods or provision of services by THE HUSSLA SQUAD & PAAAM. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms of use, then please stop using the website immediately.
THE HUSSLA SQUAD or PAAAM may amend these terms of use at any time without notice. Any amendment will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website. Your continued use of the website after any amendment becomes effective will imply your agreement to be bound by the updated terms of use.

Account

In order to access any services provided by THE HUSSLA SQUAD & PAAAM, you must have an account (free or paid). All account details must be accurate and up-to-date at all times.
Upon accessing our service, it is your responsibility to read these terms of use before using our service.
Your account password should be unique to you and should be protected at all times, it should never be disclosed to a 3rd party. If you are aware of any unauthorised use of your account, you should notify us as soon as possible.
It is strictly forbidden for you to share your account details with another user so that they can access our services.
If we suspect that any user is sharing their log-in details with a third party, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate their account without notice or refund.
Any individual who operates, manages, or is deemed at our discretion to be a risk

Payments and Refunds

Payments for all courses and or subscriptions provided by THE HUSSLA SQUAD & PAAAM are billed in advance and automatically renew on the time basis specified in your plan.
If you wish to cancel any subscription based services, you can do so, however, no refunds will be given for partially unused months.
If you have set up a recurring payment through your bank, Stripe or any other method, it is your responsibility to cancel that payment
Payments for the ‘Platinum Squad’ course are one-off and non-refundable.
Payments for the ‘eBay’ course are one-off and non-refundable.
If you pay for an annual subscription, we offer a one-month cooling period.

Identify Verification

You acknowledge and agree that due to the nature of the Services, the Company may be required to verify your identity to ensure that you are not using the Services in an illegal or fraudulent manner.
You warrant that where the Company advises you in writing that they require further verification of your identity then you will make all reasonable endeavours to comply with this request within seven (7) days of receipt of same.
You warrant that any information that you provide pursuant to this clause will be true and correct to the best of your knowledge and belief and failure to comply with this clause will warrant an immediate termination of the provision of the Services to you.

Termination

The Company may at any time, terminate the Terms with you, without refund, if: (a) you have breached any provision of the Terms or intend to breach any provision; (b) the Company is required to do so by law; (c) the partner, if any, with whom the Company offered the Services to you has terminated its relationship with the Company or ceased to offer the Services to you; (d) the Company is transitioning to no longer providing the Services to Users in the country in which you are resident or from which you use the service; (e) the provision of the Services to you by the Company is, in the opinion of the Company, no longer commercially viable; (f) if you have used the Services: (i) in breach of any law; (ii) in a way that is misleading or deceptive; (iii) in a way which is unreasonable as determined by the Company at its absolute discretion; or (iv) in a manner which can or does bring the Company into disrepute or could damage the Company’s reputation as determined by the Company at its absolute discretion.
Subject to local applicable laws, the Company reserves the right to discontinue or cancel your access to the Services at any time and may suspend or deny, in its sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of the Website or the Services without notice if you breach any provision of the Terms or any applicable law or if your conduct damages the Company’s name or reputation or violates the rights of those of another party.
Upon the termination of your Account, all of the legal rights, obligations and liabilities that you and the Company have benefited from, been subject to (or which have accrued over time whilst the Terms have been in force) or which are expressed to continue indefinitely, shall be unaffected by this cessation, and the provisions of this clause shall continue to apply to such rights, obligations and liabilities indefinitely.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction The Services offered by the Company are intended for residents of Australia. These Terms are governed by and are to be constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in Melbourne, Australia in respect of all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, the Products or the Services and their performance.

Platinum Squad Refund Policy/$500 Wasting your time payout

Our refund policy officially states that we will refund your course fee + pay you $500 for wasting your time if you can adhere to the following dot points and still have not made any profit within 1 MONTH since signing up:
Have consumed all of the material within our course in a thorough manner
Have attempted to follow the methods explained in the four modules
Have recorded these bets on The Hussla Squad recording spreadsheets provided
Have asked us questions if you need help/are stuck in our Platinum Squad Discord
This does not include any mistakes you may have made due to your own misuse, mistakes, errors or your own bets which may have involved "gambling" or any method that we have not explained ourselves.
This also includes us not being responsible for existing promotional bans bookmaker error or refusal to pay out of bets.
As well as this, the initial profits which most customers make through sign up offers form a small part of the overall profits through a Hussla's journey despite these coming in the first month. If you have already signed up to most of the agencies listed you will not make the maximum amount of profit in the SHORT term, however if you follow the methods and dot points above, you should be in the same position as everyone else and still be making consistent profits. Being an existing member and missing the sign up offers of most bookmakers is not a reason to ask for a refund. The methods in this course will still allow you to make consistent profits.

If you still have made no profit after satisfying all of the above dot points, please send us an email with the required information and we will discuss your refund request with you.

Forums/Communication Groups

The Hussla Squad is a community and, as such, members may seek or offer advice in our forums or chat groups. Advice given in this way does not constitute official advice from our service and THE HUSSLA SQUAD/PAAAM cannot be held liable for any loss that may occur as a result of following this advice.
Any member found to be acting in an insulting or offensive way in any of The Hussla Squad’s forums or chat groups may lose posting privileges or have their membership terminated at the discretion of management.

Termination

If you are found to breach any of the terms listed, we hold the power to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.
All provisions of the terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Our service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by THE HUSSLA SQUAD/PAAAM. We have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
You further acknowledge and agree that THE HUSSLA SQUAD/PAAAM shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Disclaimer

By signing up to The Hussla Squad's Free or Platinum Courses, and providing your contact details (both email and mobile number) you agree to receive promotional and/or personalised marketing text messages from The Hussla Squad.
If you would like to stop receiving messages, please reply STOP to cancel. You may also reply HELP for support.
Message frequency varies and there may be text and/or data rates that apply.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States of America, and the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
